Dave from Los Angeles asks:
I have the blue IR Connectivity Kit and have installed the fleet manager software ver. 2.6.4 on my windows 8.1 PC. Windows detects the IR connectivity kit and will slowly flash the 'pwr' led. I'm unable to link to any of my eight, GasAlertMax XTII gas detectors. Are there specific instructions as how to get the unit and IR Link to work or do they automatically detect each other when connected?
